Orders will ship the next business day, Monday through Thursday, but not on Fridays or weekends. Please keep this in mind when planning your orders!
 
We ensure your order arrives safely, but rare issues may occur. If there’s a problem, contact us immediately. We cover DOA claims within one hour of Royal Mail confirming delivery. After that, we cannot accept DOA claims.
If we send extras (e.g., 12 Isopods instead of 10), DOA claims for the extras won’t be covered, as they account for potential loss. If more than the extras arrive DOA, we’ll need:
A clear photo of all DOA items.
A few dates when someone can accept and check the replacement delivery.
 
Live-Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only to livestock shipped via Royal Mail Next Day 1pm. LAG is honored for up to 1 hour after delivery confirmation, and we don’t cover missed delivery attempts. For details, check our shipping policy.
